Firstly we have to make a confession. Every franchise network is different, and we don't have a crystal ball which tells us what specific issues you encounter in your network.
For that reason, we start every relationship with a franchisor by meeting with the decision maker. This allows us to fully understand what your franchisees do, and how you work at head office.
After this meeting (which is completely free of charge, with no obligation) we would prepare a proposal which sets out our understanding of the business, and how we can help you.
Although no two franchises are the same, this may typically include areas such as:
- Online accounting with access for franchisees and franchisers
- Training of franchisees
- Benchmarking of franchisees
- Reporting to franchisor
